Thai Coconut Rice


  • Rich and sweet Thai rice made traditionally by soaking rice in coconut milk. A great accompanying dish to curries and other Southeast Asian or Caribbean cuisine.

  • HOB (recommended): Transfer rice to pan. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water per portion and steam on a low flame until heated through.

    MICROWAVE: Transfer rice to a microwave-safe container. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water per portion and microwave for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Timing may vary depending on your microwave.
