Spicy Veggie Chilli


  • A delicious and filling vegetarian chilli with cauliflower, peppers and pinto beans, flavoured with a rich medley of spices. Delicious alone or with a side of rice or a scoop of yogurt or sour cream.

  • OVEN (recommended)Preheat oven to 180C. Transfer dish to an oven-safe tray and heat for 4-5 minutes, or until heated through. Alternately, transfer to a pan and heat on the hob, medium heat, until warmed through.

    MICROWAVETransfer to a microwave-safe container and heat for 2-3 minutes. Timing may vary depending on your microwave.
