Buckwheat, Leek, and Mushroom Risotto


  • We make this risotto with buckwheat instead of rice for a richer flavour which compliments the mushrooms and leek. A filling one-pot-meal with a unique blend of flavour and textures.


    Allergy info: Contains dairy, alcohol.


  • HOB (recommended): Transfer risotto to a pan. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water per portion and steam on a low flame until heated through.

    MICROWAVE: Transfer risotto to a microwave-safe container. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water per portion and microwave for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Timing may vary depending on your microwave.
