Baked Chicken Zucchini Meatballs


  • Juicy and flavorful chicken meatballs baked in a classic marinara sauce. We make our own chicken mince for these (just ground chicken breast) and combine with zucchini (courgette) and spices to make a simple-but-satisfying dinner. Oh, and they're also fat-free!

  • OVEN (recommended)Preheat oven to 180C. Transfer food to an oven-safe tray and heat for 5-6 minutes, or until heated through.

    Alternatively, transfer food to a pan and warm on the hob on a medium flame until heated through.

    MICROWAVETransfer food to a microwave-safe container and heat for 2-3 minutes. Timing may vary depending on your microwave.
