1. I'd like to know more about your service

We cook with fresh, local ingredients, and tailor our meals towards seasonal produce to ensure the best quality and taste. We use organic produce wherever we can, and do all our fruit & vegetable shopping at our local organically certified farmer's market.

All our meals are free from refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, margarine and vegetable oils, and many are also suitable for soy-, gluten-, grain-, or dairy-free and low FODMAP diets. You can check which dishes meet certain requirements by using the drop-down filter located at the top right of our menu page, or you can click through to see a full list of ingredients for each dish.

We are committed to providing a minimum of 180g of meat, poultry, or fish per portion, and often as much as half a pound; and our vegetarian options are nothing to sniff at either! All our meals are designed to be nutritionally balanced while maintaining plenty of variety.

2. How big are the portions?

Our meals are designed to be a generous serving for one. However, since everyone has different appetites, the best way to get an idea of portion size is to look at the nutrition tab for each dish. Most of our meals are between 500 - 800 calories, with those of 550 kcal or less marked as low-calorie (calorie information is displayed for all our meals). If number of calories doesn't mean much to you, we try and provide 350-450 grams of food in each portion - certainly a plate-full!

Also, you can add a side dish for a more generous portion, or to split a dish over two meals.

3. What if I have a special dietary requirement?

We will always do our best to tailor our meals to meet your specific needs; however there are limits to the changes we can make. If you do follow a particular way of eating, we recommend you start by using the filter located at the top right of our menu page, which contains useful filters such as 'vegetarian''low-calorie' and 'dairy-free'.

If you need more information, you can always contact us directly. As we do all the planning, buying of ingredients, and cooking, we know exactly what goes into our meals :)

4. How long do the meals keep?

Meals are designed to be kept chilled and enjoyed over several days, making it easier to fit healthy eating into a busy lifestyle. We cook everything fresh the day before or on the day of delivery, and meals can be kept refrigerated for at least 2-3 days. As we cook with lots of fresh greens and veggies it can be difficult to give an exact “best by” date, but as a general rule of thumb salads are best eaten in the first two days, while soups and stews should keep a few days longer.

5. How can I pay?

You can pay via Bank Transfer or cash on delivery. Unfortunately we can no longer accept PayPal, as PayPal no longer has a license to operate in Turkey :(

6. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is 5 TL for orders up to 150 TL, and free for orders above!

7. When do you deliver?

We confirm delivery times once last orders are closed; the day before delivery. Times may vary slightly depending on how busy we are that week as we have to plan our 'delivery round', but usually we're in the following areas at the following times:

  • Ataşehir/ Kadıköy: 8.00 - 9.00 am
  • Beykoz: 8.00 - 9.00 am; midday - 1.00 pm
  • Beşiktaş (e.g. Levent, Bebek, Beşiktaş): 9.30 - 11.30 am
  • Beyoğlu (e.g. Taksim, Cihangir): 9.30 - 11.30 am
  • Şişli: 9.30 - 11.30 am
  • Sarıyer (e.g. İstinye, Tarabya, north as far as Büyükdere): 11.00 - 12.30 am
  • Üsküdar/ Ümraniye: 8:00 - 9.30 am

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or modify your order and/or delivery time before orders close - just let us know via email, text or by phone. If you paid online, rest assured we don't accept payments until delivery is made, so there are no complications in refunding prepaid orders.
