Veggie 'Meatballs' in Masala Sauce


  • Delicious, filling, and completely meat-free, these vegetarian 'meatballs' combine cauliflower and spiced brown rice for a healthy, satisfying meal. Served in a creamy masala sauce - spicy but not hot! 

    Allergy info: Contains eggs, may contain trace amounts of gluten from oats


  • OVEN (recommended)Preheat oven to 180C. Transfer food to an oven-safe tray and heat for 5-6 minutes, or until heated through.

    Alternatively, transfer food to a pan and warm on the hob on a medium flame until heated through.

    MICROWAVETransfer food to a microwave-safe container and heat for 2-3 minutes. Timing may vary depending on your microwave.
