Stuffed Roast Butternut Squash


  • Special while stocks last! Tender roasted butternut squash from our own garden with a choice of either a meat or vegetarian/vegan stuffing. The veggie filling is spiced rice with walnuts, sage and dried cranberries, and the meat filling is beef mince with finely chopped vegetables, sage and caramelized onions. One serving = one generously stuffed whole half butternut squash :)


    Allergy info: Vegetarian filling contains walnuts.


  • OVEN (recommended)Preheat oven to 180C. Transfer dish to an oven-safe tray and heat for 5-6 minutes, or until heated through.

    MICROWAVETransfer to a microwave-safe container and heat for 2-3 minutes. Timing may vary depending on your microwave.
